Appointment Policies:
- Rescheduling Fee: A $25 fee applies if an appointment is rescheduled on same day of appt or without providing at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancellation Fee: A $25 fee applies if an appointment is canceled on the same day of appt or without providing at least 24 hours' notice.
- Multiple Occurrences: If rescheduling or cancellation occurs more than once for the same service appt , a $25 rescheduling fee will be processed before another appt is scheduled or 100% of the entire service will be due before booking depending on the service.
NEW TShape Trial Reschedule Policy:
- We require a $25 deposit to secure your initial appointment.
- We request 24 hour or more notice for cancellation/rescheduling. Same day cancel(less than 24 hrs notice will forfeit $25 deposit)
- The full $199 will be required to re-book Tshape Trial appt.
TShape Package Rescheduling Policies:
- Please give us at least 48 hours notice when possible, Tshape appointments require significant amount of scheduled time.
- Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed . If an alternate appointment is available before package expiration, a $100 rescheduling fee will apply with every reschedule.
First occurrence with more than 24 hr notice:

Multiple occurrences with more than 24 hr notice:
On the 2nd occurrence , and thereafter, a $150 fee applies before rescheduling occurs. If the card on file does not process, we will send you a payment link for the $150 non-refundable TShape reservation fee.
Same Day Cancellation or Rescheduling:
$200 fee applies if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.
